Both books seem to be very detailed. I have Chaurasia but I never used it. It's got way too much information in way too much detail. We used Snell's Anatomy in college and it is a really nice book. It has coloured pictures and makes learning Anatomy more interesting. But it's always best to stick with the text book your professors prefer because they tend to also give questions from that text book.

Netter's coloured atlas is one amazing book. It's great for clinicals especially neuroanatomy when it comes to identifying structures.

here in Brazi we like to use Moore or Grey's, but Moore seems to be more simple, but both are very good!
