can u please tell me about the changes done in 17th edition...
as i had studied the 16th edition and doing my internship...
any supplement, any site, anything else....
please help me...

A few of my co-PGs are familiar with Harrisons 16th and they say that a lot of topics have been deleted from the new edition. My recommendation is that you should have both the books if you are doing your PG studies in Medicine.
